Poor thing. He took it on the chin. Le pauvre. Il s’en est pris plein la figure. On l’a accusé de tous les maux, on a voulu le dissoudre dans le Nirvana, le ligoter dans un placard bouddhiste, l’humilier comme un chien galeux qu’on traîne honteusement derrière soi.; et pourtant l’ego, c’est notre interface terrestre, notre point d’ancrage dans cette aventure humaine. Sans lui, pas de «je», pas de choix, pas de différenciation. Ce Mantradala vient rappeler qu’il n’y a rien à tuer, seulement à réaccorder. Un ego en paix, c’est un serviteur loyal, plus un tyran. Il prend soin du corps, organise les idées, signe les papiers, gère les imprévus, protège l’élan de l’âme quand celle-ci est encore timide, mais il n’a pas vocation à piloter l’avion. Il est l’assistant de bord, pas le commandant. Quand je me mets en premier — sans narcissisme, sans théâtre — je remplis ma coupe. Et quand ma coupe déborde, alors l’amour circule, l’énergie s’harmonise, les relations deviennent des offrandes et non des trocs. Sauver le monde? Ça commence par réhabiliter son ego. Cessons de vouloir l’éteindre, invitons-le dans le cercle, et il deviendra notre plus fidèle gardien.
